My mission is focused on providing all children with the tools they need to be effective communicators, as well as to educate and empower parents to understand their child’s speech and language needs.
I received my Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Central Michigan University in 1999 and my Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology in 2000. I began my career at Covenant Healthcare Rehab-care Program as a Clinical Fellow in June 1999 and ended my time there as supervisor of the Speech Department in February 2001.
I found my true passion for working with kids when I began working for the Saginaw Intermediate School District in February 2001. Through which, I have worked as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the Freeland Community School District for over eighteen years.
With more than 20 years of experience, I am now the proud owner of Simply Speech and Language Services, LLC. I am looking forward to continuing my work as a pediatric speech therapist.
We have a wonderful community here in Freeland and the Saginaw area, full of caring, supportive, and inclusive families. I am so thankful to continue my involvement working with the children in this area.
